We launched in mid-2015 and within a short period of time we achieved a market leader position in London, UK – the world's most competitive events market.

We’re continuing our growth and expansion on a global level. Tagvenue needs a visionary leader to run the marketing effort. This is a strategic role that will shape our online presence and growth tactics. You will be working closely with the CEOs, Marketing, Product and IT teams making important decisions and literally driving our marketing efforts. This role is a ‘growth hacking’ role - so you have to be excited about generating growth from nothing. It is a hands-on role for a decisive individual ready to take ownership for results.

The ideal candidate is passionate and knowledgable about various marketing fields willing to use previous experience to experiment and build efficient solutions.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO:

  • Provide guidance and knowledge to improve our organic online visibility/ performance
  • Give merit insights to measure and enhance the growth of the business
  • Take ownership and lead all existing online marketing activities whilst developing and implementing unique digital strategies
  • Help our team members grow ideas on how to retain customers and gain new traffic on our marketplace website
  • Support our expansion to other markets by shaping digital presence efforts

YOUR KEY QUALITIES ARE:

  • 8+ years of experience and a track record as a high-performer in a top-tier high growth company, strategy consultancy, investment bank and/or managing sales or marketing teams
  • Already launched a market for a high growth digital company before
  • Extensive knowledge of efficient marketing strategies
  • Data driven with passion to drive results
  • Hands on experience of SEO and willingness to apply it in a fresh way
  • Masters Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any other tool to help you analyze and take actions
  • Able to make decisions quickly and act upon them
  • Experienced in one of the following industries: travel, e-commerce or property listings (as an advantage)
