About the role
We’re building Tagvenue Pro, our marketing and demand generation suite for venue managers.
Tagvenue Pro helps venues capture more high-intent demand through paid visibility, lead access, and premium placements inside the Tagvenue marketplace.
As a Sales Executive, you own the commercial success of products like LeadHub and Premium Placement. You’ll work directly with venue managers to identify missed demand, explain how paid visibility works, and close deals that drive incremental bookings and revenue. You’ll play a key role in shaping a new product, with real space for your ideas to influence how it’s sold and evolved based on market feedback.
This is a focused sales role with clear ownership, quota, and commission.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Tagvenue Pro to existing venue partners
Run structured, ROI-driven demos focused on demand capture and visibility
Own your pipeline end to end, from first contact to close
Identify performance gaps and position paid visibility as a growth lever
Work closely with Growth and Product to refine pricing, packaging, and sales playbooks
Collect objections, lost reasons, and feedback to improve the product and sales motion
Coordinate with Account Managers when needed, without owning the full account lifecycle
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years in sales, preferably marketplaces, SaaS, or hospitality tech
Strong closing skills in short to mid sales cycles
Experience selling add-ons, upgrades, or performance-based products
Proven ability to hit revenue targets and manage a clean pipeline
Clear communication with non-technical customers
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
C1+ English required
Expectations
Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets for visibility products
Maintain accurate pipeline and conversion tracking
Qualify hard and sell with commercial discipline
Act as the feedback loop between venues and Product
Continuously improve the pitch and sales approach
