Paid Growth Lead
About Tagvenue
We are Tagvenue, a SaaS-enabled marketplace transforming how people discover and book venues, and how venue managers run their daily operations. We operate across the UK, US, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and Canada, helping thousands of venues and customers connect every month.
We are a team of builders focused on solving real problems, raising industry standards, and designing systems that scale globally.
As we grow, paid acquisition is becoming a core growth lever, not just a marketing channel. We are now at a stage where paid growth requires clear ownership, strong discipline, and a deep understanding of unit economics and marketplace dynamics.
Role Mission
As Paid Growth Lead, you will own Tagvenue’s paid acquisition engine end-to-end.
Your mission is to scale paid acquisition responsibly by driving predictable performance, building high-quality learning loops, and ensuring paid traffic translates into real business outcomes, including bookings, GMV, and long-term growth.
This role is not about running ads in isolation. It is about owning outcomes and shaping how paid acquisition works inside a two-sided marketplace.
What You Will Do
Own paid growth performance end-to-end
Own paid acquisition across key channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and selected experiments)
Plan, execute, optimise, and scale spend with clear performance guardrails
Take full responsibility for outcomes, not just activity or spend
Make clear scale, optimise, pause, or stop decisions based on marginal returns
Drive growth efficiency and budget discipline
Own pacing, forecasting, and budget allocation across markets
Monitor CAC, ROAS, and efficiency in relation to downstream booking and GMV impact
Balance growth opportunities with cost control and risk awareness
Ensure paid growth remains predictable and economically sound
Build experimentation and learning velocity
Design and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
Validate hypotheses, document learnings, and turn insights into repeatable playbooks
Prioritise high-impact opportunities over endless testing
Continuously improve performance through disciplined iteration
Strengthen tracking, attribution, and signal quality
Maintain tracking hygiene across GA4, GTM, and UTMs
Partner with analytics and product teams to improve attribution and decision quality
Ensure performance discussions are based on signal and business impact, not vanity metrics
Partner cross-functionally to maximise impact
Work closely with Product on landing pages, onboarding, and activation flows
Collaborate with Operations and Supply to ensure paid demand lands where it can convert
Translate company goals into clear paid growth priorities
Communicate performance, insights, and trade-offs clearly to leadership
What You Need to Succeed
Experience and foundations
5+ years of experience in paid growth, performance marketing, or acquisition roles
Hands-on ownership of paid acquisition budgets and performance outcomes
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and unit economics
Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or complex digital products is a strong plus
Fluent working English
Ownership and judgement
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for business outcomes
Ability to make trade-offs and decisions under uncertainty
Comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing better solutions
Able to operate independently while collaborating closely with other teams
Ways of Working
Highly analytical and data-driven
Structured, clear communicator
Pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset
Curious, disciplined, and continuously improving
What We Offer
Competitive compensation on B2B contract: 16,000–24,000 PLN
Flexible working hours
24 paid days off plus all bank holidays
Birthday day off
Annual growth budget for books and courses
Fully remote work or from our Kraków office
Quarterly company gatherings in Kraków for alignment, collaboration, and celebration

About Tagvenue
Tagvenue, founded in 2015 by Artur Stepaniak and Maksim Kondratjuks in London, began as a bold vision to simplify venue hire for event planners worldwide. What started as a local search engine in the UK to connect planners with unique spaces has evolved into one of the world’s fastest-growing online marketplaces for venue hire, now spanning six countries: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Singapore, Canada, and the United States. With over 20,000 verified venues, ranging from popular restaurants and bars to quirky spaces, grand castles, and converted warehouses to elegant ballrooms, conference centers, and photo studios—Tagvenue empowers 700,000 active event organizers monthly to plan over 40,000 events annually.
