Customer Operations Specialist (North America timezone)

In 2020, we launched a new product - Tagvenue Virtual - a video platform that provides a variety of interactive games that can be played by remote teams.
Our main office in Kraków, Poland is a multicultural hub focused on constant development. Currently, we’re hiring a Customer Operations Specialist (for US and Canada) to join our Customer Operations team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will help us connect our customers with perfectly matched venues to shape their unforgettable events & build and maintain great relationships with venues and clients. Your key responsibilities will include
- Providing excellent customer service both via email and over the phone
- Identifying and handling problematic cases (eg. potential fraud)
- Maintaining customer records and updating account information
- Checking with our venue partners if they meet customers' requirements
- Maintaining and enforcing marketplace policies
- Proactively contributing to the Team’s targets
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in providing customer support, preferably in tech companies
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (C1 level)
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone manners
- Focus on results and a strong work ethic
- Customer orientation - you go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience
- Ability to get things done timely and with exceptional attention to detail
