We are Tagvenue - one of the world’s fastest-growing online marketplaces for venue hire with over 8,000 event spaces listed in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada and Singapore. In 2020, we launched a new product - Tagvenue Virtual - a video platform that provides a variety of interactive team-building games that can be played by remote teams. Our main office in Kraków, Poland is a multicultural hub focused on constant development. 

This role is a key hire and will offer the right candidate a great platform for realizing their full potential on a global scale. The position can be 100% remote, working daily within our timezone (CET). 


Tagvenue is continuing its growth and expansion on a global level and needs someone to lead these efforts. We’re therefore on the hunt for a strong candidate to work closely with the founders and be responsible for scaling our marketplace supply in key geographies. We are looking for an analytically strong go-getter who will be passionate about bringing Tagvenue’s mission to new countries!

  • Be end-to-end responsible for opening and scaling new markets - you will be heading the international sales team and develop and validate go-to-market plans for selected new countries
  • Overview the set up of all necessary infrastructure and marketplace IT platform to operate in the new geographies
  • Oversee and execute the onboarding of supply in the new markets - you will be the key person responsible for launching the business with the best supply in a new market and will lead a cross-functional launch team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams to fulfill strategic company goals and advocate for your market’s needs
  • Set the business up for growth - you will be responsible for creating the framework of our operations to prepare us for growing awareness, engagement, and supply/demand user base once launched

Ultimately, your success in this role will be reflected in the speed and scalability of Tagvenue’s growth in each new market that we enter.


Tagvenue is an industry disrupter and because of that we are looking for innovative minds and a strong hands-on mentality with a focus on execution, and high motivation to take an active role in our team.

  • You have 5-8 years of experience and a track record as a high-performer in a top-tier high-growth company, strategy consultancy, investment bank and/or managing sales or marketing teams; ideally, you have already launched a market for a high-growth digital company before
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and product-oriented thinking
  • Getting things done attitude
  • A quick learning ability, outstanding analytical skills, and a structured way of thinking, combined with exceptional attention to detail
