  • Provide excellent customer service both via email and over the phone
  • Take responsibility for all enquiries for the Australian and Singapore market
  • Check with our venue partners if they meet customers requirements
  • Learn about the customer’s needs and match them with the perfect venue
  • Proactively participate in reaching the Team’s goals


  • Your English is flawless
  • You approach people with a smile on your face
  • You have exceptional communication skills
  • You are comfortable with working night shifts (1.00am-9.00am or 2.00am-10.00am)
  • You have an eye for details
  • You are a driven self-starter able to work independently and highly flexible team player at the same time
  • Nice to have: Any experience in sales or customer service is a big plus, but we can teach you everything
