Currently, we’re hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Marketplace Operations Team. Your role will revolve around nurturing and enhancing relationships with venue owners, a cornerstone of our business's success. This opportunity will offer the right candidate a great platform for realizing their full potential on a global scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will play a pivotal role in driving supply engagement. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to our customers, addressing account issues, and working diligently to improve product value and usage. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the user experience on our platform and expanding our network of trusted venues listed on our platform. This role involves dedicating a significant amount of time to communicating directly with our customers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proficiency in engaging with customers through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and video conferences.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in driving productive phone conversations.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or consulting roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong focus on execution and taking an active role within the team.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.
