Your role:

We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented and highly analytical individual to join our exciting Supply & Expansion team as Business Operations Manager. You will be working directly with the Head of International Expansion and sales teams to accelerate the growth of our business in new and existing markets. This role is in the middle of growth and action and has the critical responsibility of ensuring that high-quality listings span Tagvenue’s areas of focus. 

The ideal candidate will not only be analytical, strategic and execution focused, but also have the entrepreneurial spirit required to build something new, iterate on it, and expand it all while leveraging scarce resources. They will also have a deep understanding of process improvement, on the ground operations, quality control.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving regular business operation meetings and initiating meaningful conversations
  • Leading weekly meetings with Sales Ops & Quality teams to ensure key initiatives are on track and maintaining the onboarding plan/processes/documentation.
  • Creating and maintaining operational rhythm, establishing and tracking KPIs - forecasting, analyzing, tracking, reporting business growth and other key metrics to identify trends, tracking actual progress towards forecasts, driving new business opportunities and ensuring prompt and proper resolution of business issues with top management
  • Supporting the Head of International Expansion on key strategic projects - leading ad-hoc strategic projects for new markets, requiring strong coordination within international teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product & Supply) to structure business initiatives, developing work plans, leading analysis, and developing and communicating the final recommendations
  • Driving discussions and presenting on country-level short and long term strategy
  • Analyzing both macro and micro environments to provide meaningful insights to the Onboarding Leadership team
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • 3+ years experience in strategy consulting, project management, or operations managing operationally-driven processes at large scale leveraging product and technology
  • Experience building a strategy, launching it, and scaling it
  • Experience managing scaled operations that bridge online and offline environments
  • Strong track record of over achievement and constant learner mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills; be able to conduct data analysis alone, competency in spreadsheets is a must; familiarity with SQL would be a plus
  • Be creative, and familiar with cutting edge techniques and business models
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to coach others and clearly share insights in written and verbal form
  • Leadership experience, including directly managing and growing a team would be a plus
  • Very good English, spoken and written
