We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our Finance team. We are a diverse group of high-performing, dedicated individuals who believe in collaboration and continuous learning.

Your role:

At Tagvenue, you'll have a chance to build your expertise in accounting and finance while working on key business finance initiatives. Also, you will be able to implement your ideas, try new approaches and contribute to various company-level projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day financial management
  • Accounts Receivable: effectively coordinating processes in accounts receivable area (processing invoices, timely collecting payments, bank and balance sheet reconciliations using Xero and our internal systems)
  • Financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, annually P&L, balance sheet, cashflow 
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT and annual reports 
  • Budget analysis & forecasting 
  • Ensuring we have solid financial control e.g. cash flow monitoring 
  • Developing scalable systems / controls e.g. Payroll, VAT returns, R&D Rebates, Reconciliation, Expenses etc.
  • Being involved in additional projects to strengthen the team in achieving its strategic goals and objectives (e.g. conducting market researches)
  • Providing support and operational information to our partners by phone and email
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience or a strong Master's degree in the finance field
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
  • Outstanding attention to details
  • Strong track record of over achievement and constant learner mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • High level of commitment, motivation and flexibility
  • Nice to have: Fluent in Polish, to help with the finance and accounting for Polish subsidiary
