People & Culture Manager

In 2020, we launched a new product - Tagvenue Virtual - a video platform that provides a variety of interactive games that can be played by remote teams. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our HR Team and help us tackle scaling challenges. You will be responsible for developing HR projects that support the business objectives, foster people development, and strengthen our high-performance culture. You will be working on a daily basis with our Founders, HR Team (currently one HR Administration Specialist), and external partners and advisors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Full-cycle recruitment - bringing great people into the business for a wide range of positions (sales, customer service, finance, marketing, business development, IT & product), defining job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing and guiding applicants through the process while creating amazing candidate experiences
- HR administration - overseeing the employee documentation in cooperation with an HR Administration Specialist and external accountants; ensuring legal compliance of our contracts & practices
- Employee experience - shaping all HR processes such as onboarding/offboarding, learning & development, performance management, and team communication
- HR Team management - defining key projects for the team and monitoring team goals (we use the OKRs framework) and performance (defining and tracking KPIs)
- Supporting Team Leaders with management challenges, advising on best HR practices at different stages of the employee lifecycle
- Being the main point of contact for all People matters, answering questions and addressing concerns, creating and maintaining company HR policies and knowledge base

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Successful track record in recruiting for a wide range of positions and seniorities, knowledge of different recruitment techniques & tools
- A solid understanding of all People & Culture topics (i.e. talent acquisition, learning & development, employee relations, organizational culture), proven by hands-on experience in defining various HR processes and practices
- Constant learning mindset - you are passionate about expanding your HR knowledge, proposing new ideas, and moving the organization forward
- Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- A strong business acumen, allowing you to connect business goals with people and organizational needs
- Basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law, payroll, policies, and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively both in English and Polish
- Nice to have: Experience with managing other people and supporting their development and growth
- Nice to have: Experience working with remote companies and/or experience from a rapidly growing organizations/startups
